Booking and Payment

Services are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation and agreed payment terms. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Cancellation policies are outlined in our Return Policy.

Service Delivery

We will deliver photography services as agreed during consultation. Standard delivery time for images is two weeks from the session date, unless otherwise specified. ID photo services may have same-day or next-day delivery.

Image Quality

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to Irish law and the jurisdiction of Irish courts.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Post-Production and Editing

All images undergo standard post-production processes including color correction, exposure adjustment, and basic retouching. This includes:

Additional editing requests beyond standard processing may incur extra charges and must be discussed before commencement. Extensive retouching or manipulation requires separate agreement.

Delivery Methods

Digital images are delivered through secure online transfer or physical media as agreed. We are not responsible for technical issues on client systems preventing download or access. Clients should maintain backup copies of delivered images.

Printed materials are provided when included in service agreement. Print quality is guaranteed only when using recommended printing services or methods.

Image Storage and Backup

We maintain backup copies of images for a reasonable period after delivery. However, clients should not rely solely on our storage. We recommend clients maintain their own backups of delivered images.

We are not responsible for loss of images after delivery due to client system failures, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Detailed cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy. These terms apply to all service bookings.

Weather-dependent sessions may be rescheduled at no charge if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography. Indoor sessions are not affected by weather conditions.

Intellectual Property and Model Releases

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary model releases or permissions from individuals appearing in photographs where required. We may request confirmation of releases for commercial use cases.

Use of images for commercial purposes, advertising, or public display may require additional permissions or licensing, which should be discussed during consultation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Substantial changes to terms that affect existing bookings will be communicated directly to affected clients.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
