Return & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellations
Clients may cancel photography service bookings subject to the following terms:
Cancellation by Client
- More than 14 days before session: Full refund of deposit or payment, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred
- 7-14 days before session: 50% refund of deposit or payment
- Less than 7 days before session: No refund, unless exceptional circumstances apply
Cancellation by Studio
If we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, equipment failure, etc.), we will:
- Provide as much notice as possible
- Offer to reschedule at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule sessions:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance: no additional charge
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance: may be subject to availability and additional charges
- Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional fees
Refunds for Delivered Services
Once photography services have been completed and images delivered:
- Refunds are not available for completed services
- If there are technical issues with delivered images, we will work to resolve them
- If images do not meet agreed specifications, we will provide replacements or corrections
ID Photo Services
For ID photo services:
- If images do not meet official requirements due to our error, we will retake photos at no charge
- If images are rejected due to client-provided information or requirements, standard charges apply for retakes
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
Payment Refund Process
When a refund is approved according to this policy:
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible
- Processing times may vary depending on payment method and financial institutions
- You will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:
- The session is considered cancelled by the client
- No refund is provided for the missed session
- Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and additional charges
We understand emergencies occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Weather and External Factors
For outdoor sessions, adverse weather conditions may require rescheduling:
- We monitor weather forecasts and will contact you to reschedule if conditions are unsuitable
- No charges apply for weather-related rescheduling initiated by us
- If you choose to proceed despite our weather recommendations, standard cancellation terms apply
Other external factors such as venue closures, health emergencies, or government restrictions are handled on a case-by-case basis, typically allowing rescheduling without penalty.
Service Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of delivered services:
- Contact us within 30 days of image delivery to discuss your concerns
- We will review the work and address any legitimate quality issues
- Options may include additional editing, re-shooting (subject to availability), or partial refund
- All quality concerns are evaluated fairly and on a case-by-case basis
Please provide specific details about your concerns to help us address them effectively.
Equipment Failure
In the rare event of equipment failure during a session:
- We maintain backup equipment and will continue the session when possible
- If the session cannot be completed due to equipment failure, we will reschedule at no charge
- Full refund is available if rescheduling is not possible
- We are not liable for delays or inconvenience caused by equipment failure, but will work to minimize impact
Gift Vouchers and Packages
For services purchased as gift vouchers or as part of packages:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Refunds for unused vouchers are available within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, vouchers can be transferred to another recipient but not refunded
- Package bookings follow the same cancellation terms as individual services
Special Events and Weddings
For special events such as weddings, larger private events, or multi-day sessions:
- Cancellation terms may vary and will be specified in your service agreement
- Deposits for special events are typically non-refundable after a certain date
- Full terms are discussed and agreed upon during consultation
- Please refer to your specific service contract for exact cancellation terms
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
For unresolved disputes, you may:
- Contact the relevant consumer protection authority in Ireland
- Seek mediation through appropriate dispute resolution services
We prefer to resolve matters directly and encourage open communication about any concerns.
